1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HydraFill ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and notifying you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility & Account Requirements
2.1 Age Requirements
- HydraFill is intended for users 13 years old and above
- If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent
- We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
2.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- Abuse the app or its features
- Harass other users or our support team
3. License & Permitted Use
3.1 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HydraFill for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3.2 What You Can Do
- Download and install the App on your personal device
- Log your daily hydration and track progress
- Create a personal account with your email or social sign-in
- Purchase premium features
- Share your progress with friends (if feature available)
3.3 What You Cannot Do
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Copy, distribute, or license the App to others
- Rent, lease, or lend the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

4.2 Subscription Terms
- Premium subscriptions are auto-renewing (monthly or annually)
- Billing occurs on the renewal date
- We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions
- Payment is processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
- We never store your payment details — Apple/Google handle all payments
4.3 Cancellation & Refunds
- To cancel on Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → HydraFill → Cancel
- To cancel on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → HydraFill → Cancel
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- Partial refunds are generally not available; you retain access until the renewal date
- For Apple App Store refunds: contact Apple directly
- For Google Play refunds: contact Google Play directly
Important: You are responsible for managing your subscription. We are not liable for accidental renewals due to forgetting to cancel. Apple and Google offer cancellation and refund policies — please review theirs.
4.4 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the current price until the next renewal, at which point the new price applies (subject to your consent where required by the app store).
5. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:
HydraFill is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice. The app is for wellness tracking and general hydration awareness only.
5.1 What HydraFill Is NOT
- A medical device approved by the FDA or any health authority
- A substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- A tool for monitoring medical conditions or medications
5.2 Our Recommendation
Always consult with a healthcare provider if you have:
- Kidney disease or related conditions
- Heart disease or hypertension
- Diabetes or metabolic disorders
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding concerns
- Any questions about your individual hydration needs
Your doctor or a registered dietitian can provide personalized hydration recommendations based on your health status.
5.3 User Responsibility
By using HydraFill, you acknowledge that:
- You are using the app for personal wellness tracking only
- You will not rely on HydraFill as a substitute for medical advice
- You assume all responsibility for your hydration habits
- You will seek professional medical advice for health concerns
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
HYDRAFILL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranty of non-infringement
- Warranty of availability, accuracy, or reliability
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that defects will be corrected.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYDRAFILL AND ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption or opportunity costs
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
- Data loss or inaccuracy
- Third-party services (Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google)
This applies even if HydraFill has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.3 Your Sole Remedy
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with HydraFill is to stop using it and cancel your subscription (if applicable).
7. User Content & Rights
7.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to any content you create in HydraFill (drink logs, custom drinks, photos, notes).
7.2 License to HydraFill
By uploading content to HydraFill, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide the App's services.
7.3 Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that:
- Is illegal or violates third-party rights
- Is hateful, harassing, or discriminatory
- Contains malware or viruses
- Is obscene or inappropriate
- Violates our community standards
We may remove violating content without notice.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 HydraFill Ownership
HydraFill, including its design, features, functionality, graphics, text, and code, is owned by HydraFill or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Limited Rights
You are granted a limited license to use HydraFill for personal use only. You do not own the App and have no rights to modify, reproduce, or distribute it.
8.3 Trademarks
"HydraFill" and all associated logos and trademarks are property of HydraFill. You may not use them without permission.
9. Third-Party Services & Links
9.1 Third-Party Integrations
HydraFill uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase — data storage and backend
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Google Sign-In — authentication
- Apple Sign-In — authentication
- Apple App Store & Google Play Store — payment processing
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
9.2 Third-Party Links
HydraFill may contain links to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. Termination & Account Suspension
10.1 Termination by You
You can delete your account anytime in Profile → Settings → Delete Account (where available), or by emailing support@hydrafill.fit. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse the App or other users
- Fail to pay for premium subscriptions
We will attempt to notify you of suspension or termination.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your account and data will be deleted, and you will lose access to premium features. Refunds will not be issued for remaining subscription time except where required by law or app store policy.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HydraFill and its founders, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of HydraFill
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Content you upload or share
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where your local mandatory consumer-protection laws apply.
12.2 Informal Resolution
Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@hydrafill.fit.
12.3 Arbitration
Where permitted by law, any legal disputes between you and HydraFill shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, rather than in court.
12.4 Exceptions
The following are NOT subject to arbitration:
- Claims for injunctive or equitable relief
- Intellectual property disputes
- Small claims court proceedings (if available in your jurisdiction)
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HydraFill regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
15. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

You have the right to reject these Terms and not use HydraFill. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and do not use the service.
